SAT Prep

With over a decade of professional experience as a full-time math tutor and SAT math instructor, I offer a rare level of expertise in coaching the SAT’s math concepts and strategies. I’ve helped hundreds of SAT students – many just like you (or your child) – achieve stellar results. All it takes is the right amount of dedicated preparation and practice.

After first assessing the student’s strengths and weaknesses, we quickly get to the business of mastering the test’s content while simultaneously working to refine test-taking skills. I deliver clearly explained, targeted lessons, and will supplement your program of study with directly relevant homework exercises. Students learn the most effective ways of approaching each type of problem, and I help them avoid the most common pitfalls and careless errors. To monitor student progress, I periodically administer full-length, timed practice exams.

I also love helping students prepare for the SAT math subject tests, both levels 1 and level 2.

Let’s take your SAT score to the next level! For the best results, I recommend students begin their preparation early. Regularly scheduled lessons over weeks, or sometimes even several months, will ensure adequate time to master the concepts and strategies that maximize performance.
